TERMS OF PURCHASE

  1. Object

These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of camper products and accessories through the website vancabin.net, owned by Campers Advisor SL, Tax ID (CIF) ________, with registered address at ________.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

  1. Products

The products offered on the website are described as accurately as possible (images, features, prices). However, minor differences may exist with the final product.

  1. Prices and Billing

All prices include VAT according to Spanish legislation.
The price shown is the final price in the cart.
Billing is carried out automatically through WooCommerce upon completion of the order.
Payments are accepted only by card via Stripe.

  1. Order Process
  • Select the products and add them to the cart.
  • Fill in the necessary information (shipping, billing, email).
  • Make the payment via Stripe.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email.

The purchase contract is formalized at the moment the payment is confirmed.

  1. Shipping

Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times are indicated on the product page and may vary depending on availability and other circumstances beyond Vancabin’s control.
Shipping costs are shown in the cart before completing the purchase.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, provided it is in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
In the case of a product return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective products.

  1. Responsibilities

Vancabin is not responsible for transportation delays beyond our control.
The information on the website is constantly updated, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the current Spanish legislation.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
